Return policy
Refunds & Returns
- If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the arrival date for a refund (Shipping fee & Taxes will not be refunded). Your product must be in an unused condition and in its original packaging.
- Please send an email to our Customer Support Team: support@bessrose.com with your order number and the name of the product(s). We will provide the address to return for you.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when sending your product back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. (Including charges incurred during the return process, such as shipping fee, customs, duties, taxes, storage fee, etc.)
- You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
- Once your returned product is received, we will send you an email to notify you.
- Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
- If your order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping address, failure to claim the order, or any other mistake on your part, we will charge you a shipping fee before resending or refunding the order.
- Bessrose can only accept returns for products purchased on our website (www.bessrose.com).
- If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
- For customized products (returns not caused by quality issues), we will deduct a customization fee ($9.99) from the total order amount.
Exchange (If Applicable)
- Within 30 days of the purchase, please send an email to our Customer Support Team: support@bessrose.com with your order number and the name of the product(s).
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when sending your product back to us. (Including charges incurred during the return process, such as shipping fee, customs, duties, taxes, storage fee, etc.)
Cancelations (If Applicable)
- If you would like to cancel your order, please send an email to our Customer Support Team: support@bessrose.com within 2 hours of ordering. Please note that service fees charged by banks or PayPal will not be refunded.
- Each order remains in a processing state for 2 hours until it is transmitted to our operational facility for immediate fulfillment.
- For customized products, cancellation during production period (5 hours after placing order) will incur handling fees.
Wrong Address
- It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter their shipping address correctly/completely.
- Please contact our Customer Support Team: support@bessrose.com within 12 hours of ordering if you believe you have provided us with an incorrect shipping address. We do our best to speed up our processing times, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.
Defective/Damaged Products
- If you receive a defective/Damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of your receipt, then we will send you a replacement for free.
- A video/picture must be sent to our Customer Support Team: support@bessrose.com, to support your claim.
Lost Packages
- If you have not received the parcel, please contact our Customer Support Team: support@bessrose.com, within 3 days so we can help you on this at soonest.
- If your package is confirmed lost by courier finally, please contact our Customer Support Team: support@bessrose.com, within 3 days to conduct the claim process.
About Press On Nails
What is included in each press on nails set?
- 24 pcs press on nails with 12 different sizes
- 1 manicure stick
- 1 manicure file
- 1 Prep pad
Can i reuse my press on nails?
- Our products can stay on for 4-7 days or longer if you use adhesive tabs, what's more, there're 48 adhesive tabs in each set for you to replace when the Press-Ons fall off accidentally. And if you use glue, they can stay on about 2 weeks.
- However, the specific use time will be different according to the activity of each person. If you use your nails frequently for activities or work, medium or short nails may be more suitable.
How to apply my press on nails?
How to use press on nails:
- 1.Clean your nails with nail prep pad.
- 2.Choose nails that fit your nail size.
- 3.Apply the matched adhesive tab to the short art nail then slip the sheet .
- 4.Put on your right nail and press on about 15 seconds,Do not touch water within 1 hour you just put on .
- if you want them stay longer ,then you can apply glue instead of the adhesive tabs
How to rewmove my press on nails?
To remove the adhesive tabs:
- Step1: Each set of Curvlife nails includes our nail removal tool!
- Step2: To remove your Curvlife nails, soak your nails into warm water for several minutes to soften the glue bond.
- Step3: Use a steel pusher or a small wooden stick to gently tilt out the gap between the nail bed and the fake nail.
- Step4: Use a small wooden stick to gently pry open the entire fake nail.
- Step5: Use a small wooden stick to gently roll up the adhesive tabs attached to the nail bed.
- Step6: If necessary, repeat the above steps until the false nails can be peeled off. Never force or pull nails off as this may damage your natural nails.
Can I wash my hands or shower while wearing the nail stickers

My package is missing. can you help?
- Please contact us if you have not received your Delivered order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier and we would be happy to assist.
Can i return my item?
- You may don’t want the items any more for some reason when you get your items. We understand and accept the returns. Email to support@bessrose.com
Where is my return?
- Once your return package is on the way back to our warehouse the return process has started. When the return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows Delivered. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
What if my item is faulty?
- Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months of purchase. After 3 months from your order date, items are not considered faulty and are as a result of normal wear and tear. If your item is faulty upon receipt, you may return it for a refund.
